"My wife purchased her first Harley here in 2006 from Monte. Best salesman on the planet. Service folks are extremely friendly and helpful but unfortunately we haven't had alot of luck with the actual service work being satisfactory...doesn't mean the mechanics aren't good. I know for a fact that one mechanic by the name of Darryl is real knowledgable and we appreciate his input with upgrades and how-to's since I do alot of the work myself. And give these folks a 4 star rating since I aint exactly the easy feller to put up with when I come visit TCHN, blame it on the bar and restaurant across the street if you will but sometimes I have to prepare myself for the astronomical prices Harley gets for parts and accessories.

"I walked in to buy a helmet ended up with a 08 XL1200c ALL the sales staff were and are extremely respectful freindly and courtious. They made my visit a pleasure and me wanting to come back!!!!
