"I have been searching for a Harley for the past 2 years, and have been to over 10 Harley shops in the Midwest. I came to Twin Cities Harley Davidson North, and immediately connected with my salesperson, Curtis.
Curtis walked me through the bike, spoke to me in a non-aggressive manner, and gave me all the information I needed to make the correct decision. I stopped in at least 6 times to look at the bikes, and each time I went there, Curtis was right there, ready to help. He was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable.
I decided to purchase my bike through HD North, not because they offered a great deal on my bike (which they did), but because I see myself wanting to deal with the employees who work there if anything ever goes wrong with the bike, or if I just want to stop in for one of their weekend rides sometime.
I would recommend HD North to anyone looking to get a great deal, but not willing to sacrafice the personal service you would expect when buying your dream bike.

"I dropped off my Electra Glide to have the 10k mile service. The service department was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. They didn't try to push a bunch of unnecessary work on me. During the service they found a couple odd things from the previous owner and fixed them. The bike runs and feels better than ever. Any time my bike needs anything I won't go anywhere else except Twin Cities HD. Great job! "

"The Retail Sales Staff were great, they were freindly and helpful. People at the Parts Counter were freindly and very knowledgeable. The Store is stocked with a very nice selection of HD items, from Bikes to Parts to Clothing. We are 2 1/2 hrs from Blaine, but will be making the trip back again.

"My wife purchased her first Harley here in 2006 from Monte. Best salesman on the planet. Service folks are extremely friendly and helpful but unfortunately we haven't had alot of luck with the actual service work being satisfactory...doesn't mean the mechanics aren't good. I know for a fact that one mechanic by the name of Darryl is real knowledgable and we appreciate his input with upgrades and how-to's since I do alot of the work myself. And give these folks a 4 star rating since I aint exactly the easy feller to put up with when I come visit TCHN, blame it on the bar and restaurant across the street if you will but sometimes I have to prepare myself for the astronomical prices Harley gets for parts and accessories.
