NEW MOTORCYCLE WARRANTY
For any new H-D® motorcycle, an authorized H-D® dealer will repair/replace, without charge, any parts found under normal use to be defective in factory materials or workmanship. Such repair & replacement will be Harley-Davidson's sole obligation and the customer's sole remedy under this warranty. In most cases, the warranty coverage begins on the purchase/delivery date and is transferrable to subsequent owners if sold before the expiration of the warranty.
